How to build a dimmable LED. You will read values from a potentiometer, and then based on what values you read, you will set the brightness of the LED.

In this lesson, we will show you how to build a dimmable LED. You will read values from a potentiometer, and then based on what value you read, you will set the brightness of the LED. 

Before we begin we'll need graph paper and a straight edge 

slope formula 

m= slope

slope = the change in y divided by the change in x

m = yf - yi / xf - xi  or y final minus y initial divided by x final minus x initial 

point/line formula

(yf - yi) = m (xf - xi)
